Background
Two separate developments on South Aspen Street along with signficant city of Aspen property prompted a call for a Convenience and Welfare of the Public (COWOP) resolution. The process will involve developers, the City of Aspen, local neighbors, The SkiCo, and be facilitated by a moderator and independent financial advisor.
